Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE)

Deputy Director of Admin and HR Department [Nov 2022 – Present, 2026; 3yrs+]

• Associated with YSSE since November 2022 and currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Admin & HR Department. Over the past few years, by the grace of the Almighty and with the invaluable support of different teams, had the opportunity to contribute to the skill development of more than 2,000 individuals by planning and executing departmental activities, guiding responsible teams, and facilitating learning sessions through multiple progressive roles (Intern → Management Trainee → Associate → Assistant Head → Head → Deputy Director).

• Was responsible for mobilizing over 500 personnel in total through central administration and their respective departments, achieved by closely collaborating with the executives and heads of eight departments.

• Observed, learned and then implemented automated virtual intern tracking, feedback collection, and exit processes utilizing Google Workspace tools, reducing administrative overhead by more than 2 hours daily.

• Granted the opportunity to build and deploy a digital certificate validator (verify.ysseglobal.org) using Google Apps Script and Netlify, significantly improving verification integrity and access for over 1,983 participants who completed different YSSE programs.

Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC)

Former Leadership Facilitator [Contractual]

• Granted the privilege to serve as a Leadership Facilitator for five hybrid BYLC national programs across various locations including Mirsharai, Barisal, Rangpur, Dinajpur supporting 47 youths directly and 317 overall as they worked to develop their communication, critical thinking, public speaking, and collaborative adaptive leadership skills.

LEAD Academy

Former Customer Support Team Leader, Remote (Part-time) [Jan 2023 – Dec 2025; 3yrs] (through YSSE affiliation)

• Coordinated with the on-site supervisor to support and guide the remote Customer Support team, assisting in the smooth management of customer queries, daily performance reporting, and administrative workflow automation.

• Supported the Student Support team by sharing guidance on executing structured course progression follow-ups and telemarketing strategies, utilizing Callyzer for end-of-task data reporting, and establishing email workflows to resolve customer issues.

• Provided technical assistance to LIVE Course Moderation, Affiliate Marketing and Course Feedback team.

Online Tech Academy

Former Instructor, Automation Marketing with Advanced Chatbot course [Nov 2020 – Oct 2022; 2yrs]

• Blessed with the opportunity to design and launch an early Bengali-language Conversational Chatbot course in Bangladesh, having the privilege of mentoring 300+ marketers in the foundational elements of chatbot development (prior to the widespread era of ChatGPT).

Cyber Teens

Former Creative Officer [Nov 2021 – Dec 2023; 2yrs]

• Contributed to creative strategy and execution across multiple cross-functional initiatives, working alongside and supporting the Mental Health Support, Helpline, Social Media, and Youth House teams.

• Designed Messenger and WhatsApp chatbots, improving the FAQ response rate by 90% which enhanced victim support experience.

Alhamdulillah, Emceed 3+ major offline events (100–300 attendees), hosted 5+ online live shows (300–800 viewers), conducted 1 offline session on AI (25 attendees), 3 online sessions on Google Workspace (300–500 participants) and judged in 4 online competitions (20–70 submissions).
